EXHIBITION. A LOOK INTO WOOD AND URUSHI
Bogota, Colombia
2026
Area: 84 m²

This exhibition seeks to introduce two traditional crafts of Japanese culture: woodturning and urushi. The display places emphasis on the handcrafted pieces and the tools used in the execution of these practices.

The proposal incorporates both resources from the Japan Center and newly designed elements which, once the exhibition concludes, return to artisan workshops to continue serving as working materials.
